Leicestershire County Cricket Club can confirm that Joey Evison has extended his loan spell from Kent Cricket and will remain with the Foxes until the conclusion of the Vitality Blast.
The all-rounder initially joined the Club on a short-term loan ahead of the Rothesay County Championship fixture against Essex and has quickly made his mark in Foxes colours.
Evison made an immediate impression following his arrival, scoring his maiden First-Class half-century against Yorkshire at Uptonsteel Grace Road. His innings played a key role in helping the Foxes secure their first Division One victory in 23 years, etching his name into a memorable chapter of the Club's recent history.
The extension means Evison will remain available for the remainder of the Blast as Leicestershire continue their push for a place in the knockout stages.
Everyone at Leicestershire County Cricket Club would like to thank Kent Cricket for their assistance in facilitating the extension and wish Joey continued success in Foxes colours.
