Injury Update: Sol Budinger

Leicestershire County Cricket Club can provide an update on Sol Budinger following the injury he sustained during our Vitality Blast win against Lancashire at Emirates Old Trafford.
After undergoing a scan, Sol has been diagnosed with a Grade 2 medial collateral ligament (MCL) injury.
The opener is expected to be unavailable for approximately 12 weeks while he undergoes rehabilitation with the Club's medical team.
Budinger was forced to leave the field after a collision whilst attempting to prevent a boundary during the Foxes' victory over Lancashire. He was immediately assessed by medical staff before being taken to hospital for further evaluation.
Everyone at Leicestershire County Cricket Club would like to wish Sol a full and speedy recovery, and we look forward to welcoming him back onto the field later this season.
