KIDS GO FREE AT FAMILY FUN DAY T20 DOUBLE HEADER FOR YORKSHIRE!

Leicestershire County Cricket Club will host Yorkshire County Cricket Club at Uptonsteel Grace Road on Sunday 7 June as part of the Club’s Family Fun Day, with children able to attend for free with a full-paying adult. The day will feature a T20 double header alongside a wide range of family entertainment and activities for supporters of all ages.The fixture comes a few weeks before Father’s Day and offers families the opportunity to enjoy a full day of sport and entertainment together during the summer.

Supporters attending the fixture can enjoy face painting, bouncy castles, table cricket, bowling nets, stilt walkers and appearances from Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service, who will be bringing a fire engine to the ground. Author Jenni Douglass will also be attending, with additional family activities planned throughout the day.

On the field, Leicestershire stars including Rishi Patel, Ashton Turner and Ben Green will take on Yorkshire in what promises to be an entertaining day of T20 cricket.

It’s a must for families not just cricket supporters. T20 is a fantastic way to introduce children to the sport because it’s fast-paced and filled with excitement, while there are also plenty of activities taking place around the ground throughout the day.
