The time has come. It's Finals Day.

The Foxes head to Trent Bridge to take on Middlesex, with the chance to lift a second Metro Bank One Day Cup title in four seasons.

Many of you will remember 2023 like it was yesterday. Four early wickets down. Two local lads digging in and rebuilding. A young Josh Hull leading the charge with the ball. A day that will live long in the memory of every Foxes supporter.

Now, it's time to do it all again.

Leicestershire arrive in Nottingham in good spirits. A victory over Hampshire in the County Championship earlier this week, coupled with a strong finish to the One Day Cup group stage, has ensured confidence is high heading into Sunday's final.

Standing in our way are Middlesex. Dominant throughout Group B, they lost just one of their eight group-stage matches before edging past Durham in a thrilling semi-final, sealing victory with eight balls remaining. They'll look to their leading wicket-taker, Naavya Sharma, who has been every bit as influential for Middlesex as Alex Green has been for the Foxes throughout this competition.

This day has been circled in calendars across the county for weeks.

Whatever happens out on the field, enjoy every moment. Thousands of Foxes supporters coming together, united behind one team, dreaming of doing the unthinkable once more.

Stephen Eskinazi returns as captain, doing the job well in throughout the group stages of this tournament. 

Rehan Ahmed was made available by the ECB before he joins the ODI squad that takes on Sri Lanka starting next week. Josh Davey is out injured after picking up a hamstring injury against Hampshire this week. 

Theo Marshall, Sol Budinger, Sam Wood, Lewis Hill, Liam Trevaskis aren't selected.
