It's time to hit the road as the Foxes head south to take on Surrey at Guildford Cricket Club, looking to build on a winning start to their Metro Bank One Day Cup campaign.

Leicestershire have happy memories of Guildford, having claimed a six-wicket victory there in last year's competition. It was a memorable afternoon for Alex Green, who recorded the first of his three five-wicket hauls during the 2025 campaign.

Confidence will be high after Thursday's two-wicket victory over Gloucestershire at Kibworth. Contributions came from across the side with both bat and ball, and the Foxes will now be aiming to make it back-to-back victories to open their campaign - and secure a second consecutive win at Guildford.
