Leicestershire Foxes head back on the road as we travel up north to Manchester to take on Lancashire Lightning. 

It was spin to win last time out at Emirates Old Trafford, with Rehan Ahmed and Liam Trevaskis taking five wickets between them for just thirty three runs. Ahmed, Cox and Trevaskis went on to get us over the line with Trevaskis hitting four 4's in the eleven he faced. 

Lancashire currently sit fourth in the table, having won one and lost one so far. The victory coming on home soil, making light work of Nottinghamshire, winning by 39 runs with Ben McDermott scoring 63* off of just 27 balls. They lost their opener in their our of group away fixture to Surrey on the opening day of the 2026 Vitality Blast. 

The two sides have met 36 times now in T20 cricket, dating back to the first meeting in the shorter format on June 20, 2003 - where the Foxes took the victory by 22 runs. Leicestershire have won a total of 10 times against
