The Foxes return to Vitality Blast action this weekend with two crucial home fixtures at Uptonsteel Grace Road, welcoming Lancashire Lightning on Friday evening before hosting Nottinghamshire Outlaws on Sunday afternoon.

Leicestershire currently sit third in the North Group on 12 points, four behind leaders Yorkshire, while Nottinghamshire are second and level on points with the Foxes. Lancashire sit bottom of the table on eight points, alongside Durham and Derbyshire, separated only by net run rate.
The Foxes head into the weekend in strong form, having won their last three Blast matches. That run began with a thrilling victory over Lancashire at Emirates Old Trafford, while the last meeting with Nottinghamshire saw the Outlaws claim a dramatic final-ball win at Trent Bridge back in 2025.
Both sides have strengthened their squads ahead of the weekend, with Lancashire signing Pakistan T20I vice-captain Shadab Khan for the remainder of the competition, while Leicestershire have extended Joey Evison's loan from Kent Cricket until the end of the Vitality Blast.
